My new little buddy

On December 2, 2013, my beloved and I welcomed to the world a new delight of my heart, a baby boy. It is the first boy to be born into our family, so now I have a Jewel, a Precious One, and my little guy. The feeling is still surreal, even as we have worked to get accustomed to a new baby. Given that my Precious One is only 2, it makes for some eventful days.

My little guy was given two names. His American name derives from the Hebrew word "Yehonatan," and it means "Jehovah has given." His Korean name Joo Hyung translates to be, "God's sovereignty." My little man therefore is God's sovereign gift. He is my son, my namesake, my tiny mighty warrior.
